We put a lot of energy and effort into the initial franchise training, but we put the same amount of energy, effort and dedication into your ongoing support as well.
You can’t learn everything at initial training, there are things you will learn as you go. There will be things that you need help with and support required over time in your business. And we are here with you every step of the way.
What does this look like?
Firstly, you ever need anything, all you need to do is call the office or send us an email… even if you don’t know who you should talk to! We will put you through to the right person.
We have dedicated business coaches to help and support you with the business building side of your business from marketing, sales, directions to take, hiring staff, how to build your business or how to overcome challenges.
We are here to help you with quoting and tenders (Google Earth has been a great addition to our business because we can ‘see’ the property you are quoting on!). We are here to help you with tricky jobs and how to go about it.
Machine… not a problem. We are here to help no matter what has happened – we have seen it all !
Administration and helping your customers – give us a call or email.
No question is too big or too small, too difficult and after 20 years, probably not the first time it has been asked.
Additional to our head office team to help and support you, we also have a videos, training, library of documents on hand 24/7 for you to use at any time you need it or simply want to review/learn more.
Add to that we have our annual conference to get together with all of the other franchisees face to face as we know, the support you will get from your fellow franchisees is just as important as it is from head office. I’m really proud of the Gutter-Vac “help each other” culture that we have developed. In fact, you don’t have to wait for conference. You can pick up the phone or send an email to any franchisee PLUS we have a closed Facebook group for 24/7 help or to simply ‘talk shop’ with other franchisees.
We also have the Franchisee Advisory Group for you to help us grow and develop the brand and also to be there if you ever need to bring something to our attention but you want it to be anonyms.

Oh yeah, I give you my personal mobile number. Yes, as the Founder and Managing Director, you have my number to call anytime. OK, nearly anytime. If you call me early on a Sunday morning or late at night after you have had a few drinks, I may not be as “helpful” as I regularly am!
I believe that without franchisees, I don’t have a business, so our number 1 priority is to be here to help and support you. That’s why you joined us isn’t it?
